The opposite, I'm afraid. The design isn't broken, it just isn't a fit for anything that YOU might use. Not doing one-to-one NAT either. Also, I'm not running VMs anymore, noted earlier. If you can't provide any information to get the results I asked then, while I appreciate your attempt, you don't need to bother yourself with it. It must be as I said it must be. Doesn't matter what you or others might do to design things differently.
