N56U web interface no images

Hello;

I have not been able to see any images on my web interface of the N56u. here is what i have tried:
- reboot router many times.
- reset the router to factory default
- upgrade and downgrade software.
- cleared cache and cookies
- tried ie, firefox, and chrome with the same results.

i am at my wits end with this router.

Please help!
