namecheap and lets encrypt setup

im getting this in the log when using DDNS with namecheap:

im probably just missing something simple. any help is appreciated.

What are you entering in the password or send key field?

It needs to be the key you generate from Namecheap, not your password.

thats what it is. copied directly from the namecheap website.
