I am looking for an affordable (and low power) NAS, with or w/o the hard drive, that'll allow me to stream my huge FLAC collection to my Android devices. As such, it may have to be able to run Subsonic, MPD, or Twonky. As far as I know, when running Subsonic, there is no need for transcoding (which means thet I should be able to get by with a less powerful NAS), though the server that runs MPD may require transcoding of FLACs. Also, not sure whether Twonky streams FLACs w/o transcoding.
