Asustor 202T is faster in 4K and 4K QD32 test while Synology is better in Sea and 512K tests. So how this impacts each one's performance ?

Good info, but performance in transfers is not my top priority in NAS selection. They all suffer from high overhead in real world use where files are numerous and small.

The feature set, goodness of backup tools, and ease of admin use is my #1 priority.
