Hi all,

need to get an Asus router for my mom. I’m trying to have it delivered tomorrow by Amazon, since I’m going over. Can you guys please recommend something around 50 bucks. She just has one streaming tv, one iPhone, and one old MacBook Pro. And her connection is really basic around 30 megs. If I remember correctly.
I prefer Asus, since is the only one that I’m familiar with at this time. Had the Apple time capsule for years before that.

TIA.

I don't know what $50 is in your location, but the lowest-level, Asus-RMerlin powered, router I can recommend for that ISP speed today is the RT-AC66U_B1.

Asus Rt-ac66u B1 renewed I see amazon has for 55 in the U.S... but no next day delivery for me.

Sorry, I don't do comparison shopping for out-of-state users. My recommendation is purely on the hardware and its performance (for the ISP speeds indicated) and its stability/reliability.

Done - it'll do in a pinch, and easy enough to walk thru setup on the phone...
