I currently own a Netgear WNDR3700 wired to my Modem and desktop. I have 2 Tivo's attached to my network via Tivo Brand N Wireless Ethernet adapters. One is on the 1st floor 15 feet from my router is the other is on the second floor. I am obviously able to acheive great throughput via 5ghz to my 1st floor Tivo but have terrible signal strength even with 2.4 ghz to my second floor Tivo. I live in a 158 year old Victorian home. I want to boost my signal to that 2nd floor Tivo without a big hit in throughput. I typically stream movies and content between DVRs and my LAN. I tried Powerline Adapters but the house has 2 circuit breakers, so that didnt work. MOCA wont work because I have DSL and no Coax at my modem/router. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance
