need help external address getting acepted

any one know what this means? I have an external address getting accepted to my router. nothing is set to accept any connections nor are any services running that could be connected to. router is just used as a router. this is the accept log
any way to stop it?

You don't want to stop that one....it's the router getting the WAN ip address from your ISP.
