Network Question

Asus RT-BE86U Network Question
Main Network: N1 (PC or Android App 192.168.50.2)
Guest Network Pro: N2 (heat pump with VLAN 192.168.52.2, no connection to Main Network)

My question:
Heat pump should not be able to access the main network N1,
but N1 should be able to access the N2.
Can you give me a tip on how I can best solve this?

What firmware are you running on the RT-BE86U?

Not sure I fully understand what you are trying to achieve with what you described.
If you do not want the heat pump to access the main network (your N1) then create a second Guest Network Pro (N3) and put the heat pump on it. Then reconfigure Guest Network Pro one (your N2) so it gets an IP address from the main network (enable "Use same subnet as main network"). That way the clients on N1 and N2 can communicate with each other and N3 would be isolated from N1 and N2.

The Guest Network Pro is very limited. It generally does not allow one to configure individual client access to the main network if one has disabled the Guest Network Pro option "Use same subnet as main network". It is all or nothing. All can access or none can access.

There may be ways to use IPTable scripting to configure individual client access from Guest Network Pro to a main network client but on stock firmware such scripting may not survive a router reboot or firewall reset. Edit to add: See the discussion here on IP Table scripting:

Question about your heat pump, assume, thermostat which is WIFI. Brand?
My Johnson Controls (York) Hx thermostat is connected to the IoT (guest) WIFI. The apps for the thermostat control the thermostat from a remote server. Worked the same when I had an Ecobee thermostat. Direct connection to the thermostat, which controls the heat pump, is not needed.

At the moment I am testing N1, N2, N3, but there is the following network error message in AiMesh:
The WIFI interface has reached the maximum (2.4GHz / 5GHz)
