even just adding that and not " enabling qos in qos tab" will help?
In theory, yes. It will allow sparse traffic to be prioritized over bulk traffic. Favoring light traffic without limiting bandwidth.

No real disadvantage I can think of. If it doesnt help, you can revert it with
Code:
tc qdisc del dev br0 root
tc qdisc del dev eth0 root
OpenWrt firmware uses fq_codel as the default even without QoS.

may i ask what routers you daily use?
On AX88U, it's been 3 days since I updated the 386.5 firmware and no problem to report. I am in IPV4 and my 2.4 Ghz (printer) and 5 Ghz Wifi devices work without any problem.
Internet and local network are very stable.
The 386.5 version is for me the best to date in terms of stability, never seen such a perfect version, you can go with your eyes closed, it's rock !

I am running 386.5 on my RT-AX88U and it is running stable and I use especially the VPN client options to direct different clients to different VPN's.
Use also Diversion adblocker and that works just fine.
Only wish is the availability of Wireguard next to OpenVpn but afaik that is in the works.
