Newbie to Asus. Will a Gnuton help me with my ET8

Hi, I am new to Asus and have dabbled with DD-WRT on my linksys routers. My question stems from the fact that with the DD-WRT loaded on them it opened up a ton of options as I am very unfamiliar with networking stuff, I had no idea what all those functions did. Now my question is if I change the firmware on my ET8’s to Gnuton fork, will it really give me any advantage that a low functioning network guy be able to take advantage of (that I can understand) …he he

Will do. I have suffered many times from having just enough knowledge to get into trouble. I also have been a many time victim of violating the law, if it works, leave the firmware alone.
