NS4300N DLNA plugin greyed out

Hi -

I've searched this forum and the web for similar problems, but this one seems to be unique...I'm trying to help my father-in-law get his DLNA plugin working on his NS4300N. When I go in thru the web interface, in the protocol section, I see the DLNA tab show up, but i cannot select it and it is greyed out.

I tried to download the latest DLNA plugin from the Promise site and install it in. When I do so, I receive an error message stating that the plugin is an older version than the installed plugin.

How can I:

1) Get rid of the greyed out DLNA tab, so i can
2) install the latest DLNA plugin
