OpenVPN on Mullvad: No Access from outside

Hello Merlin Community,

i am using an ASUS AX-86U with Merlin 386.7_2 and set up an Mullvad VPN Client. My goal is to use some SmartDevices like my Roborock S6 Cleaner (connected on a Guest Network) through that VPN Tunnel, but the devices aren't accessible over the internet after connecting to the VPN.
If I route my Smartphone over the VPN, the internet is working well and my IP address is correct. The Merlin Menu shows a working VPN connection too.

- Using VPN Director policy rules.
- My Mullvad config:

What am I doing wrong? How can I provide more information for you guys?

Some smart devices don’t work over a VPN connection. Ring devices are a prime example.

Thank your for the hint. I will try some other smart devices, to see, if its VPN related.
How does the Vacuum cleaner know, that it is connected to a VPN?

Presumably it's speaking back to a server (probably somewhere in China) and they are blacklisting IP's

Perhaps you need to setup port forwarding over the VPN?
