OpenVPN Policy Based Routing of a specific ASN with over 500 IP ranges

Perhaps this topic has already been discussed here, but a quick search did not returned the desired results.

Long story short: I would like to route all IP ranges listed for ASN 15169 through a VPN interface.

OpenVPN Policy Based Routing is the right approach.

I asked myself, which is the right file to import all the 500 IP ranges?

Or is another simple approach around?

Please advise.

I read the op thread, but I didn't find the answer in the intro. To import a large list of destination IP ranges is my topic. Maybe I missed something.
