Openvpn user name missing RT-AC5300_386.3_2.zip

Well,
I just signed up for IVPN and follow the steps on their website when using Merlin https://www.ivpn.net/setup/router/asuswrt/
I installed the latest version but no username field is available. Any options???????

Have you set: "Username/Password Authentication" to Yes?

I uploaded the file and then it said to add a username and password but there is no field for this. When I get back home today I will upload a screen shot of it.

Try with Ctrl+F5 to refresh page. If that not get better open konsol (F12) and look for any error. Test other browsers also.

I've just tried uploading the same IVPN profile that you are using into my RT-AX86U and it worked fine. After clicking on Upload there's a delay of a couple of seconds before it says Complete, then there's another delay of a couple of seconds before the page refreshes and shows the updated options.

Try setting Authentication Type to Static Key, Apply, then switch it back to TLS mode.

Also, check your browser console for Javascript errors.

You were right! I was using an old version on ie that was on the pc and I installed brave and the field showed up.
