Pick 20mhz. Channels 1, 6 or 11, which ever is least used.

A wifi scanner is needed. There are several free ones for Android if you use it. My favorite is Wifi Analyzer. It's Ad-free and works well.

A few other comments I have on your settings are:

1) I suggest making your SSID more unique than "ASUS". If you are located in a location with many other wireless networks, there may be other people using the same SSID.
2) If all your devices are transmitting in n-mode (and not b or g), then I suggest setting the Wireless Mode to n-only.
3) For n-only conditions, in the advanced settings I suggest disabling Tx bursting. That is only for g-devices only.
