New Around Here
I have been searching here and online on how to expand the web & app filters for specific devices. Are there any add-ons that add functionality to this task?

CASE: my son's school computer has NO filters. I have set a static IP and added the computer to the "Parental Controls - Web & Apps Filters". However, he is still able to access game sites and youtube. Specifically, I want to block youtube for this MAC address.

@delikid, you may want to move your post to the Add-On subforum where there are various discussions about add-on scripts for Asus-Merlin firmware. Along with discussions about Entware.

And if you haven't checked already, see the Add-On Catalogue discussion to see if there is a specific script that meets what you seek.

PS: Also note that more and more devices these days are configured to randomize or change their MAC addresses. One may have to turn off that feature/option on the device itself.

Can you remove "Entware" on top as you don't release anything.

Did you set a static IP address on the computer? Or a manually assigned IP address at the router? If the later, the computer likely does MAC randomization and defeats the manually assigned IP address.
One way around that is to set up a guest WIFI and filter that.
The other way is to be a parent. Do I need to explain that?

However, he is still able to access game sites and youtube.

For more effective Parental Controls you need additional measures:
