New Around Here
I apologize if this is a common question but I haven't had any luck finding an answer so far.

I work support for a small isp that in certain buildings gives out routers owned and maintained by the isp or building. In these situations we configure the router to allow us remote access via gui and telnet. Problem we run into is customers factory resetting the routers and disabling our remote access. In this situation the support team has to walk the customer through re enabling that access.

Ideally, I would like to save a configuration file to each router that applies as the default after factory reset. Is this possible in AsusWRT?

Not possible without modifying the firmware's code.
