I've set Ping target in Administration/System like 192.168.1.50 to keep alive a LG washer. Otherwise the LG wifi module "dies" and disconnects from network after some hours.
But I need to ping two ip-addresses. Will this work, 192.168.1.50;192.168.1.51 and if so is the separator semicolon the correct one?

That is a bad idea. If that device were to disconnect, your router would think that the Internet connection has died. That target is not intended for that type of usage.
