Some ISPs are running out of IPv4 addresses, so are doing NAT upstream, creating a defacto double NAT scenario when it reaches you. That can kill your port forwarding.Who is your ISP? 193.213.43.1 is Telenor Norway whereas 100.5.6.2 is Verizon USA.
