Thanks. So my current layout is like this on the one story home: The router is in the room I reside, one satellite is very much in the front room, and the other satellite is far off in the back of the house.

Why do you say not to add more ap's and is it overkill the ones I have now? Thanks.

A signal analyzer app can help you to assess your signal coverage/power for your equipment/space/ambient conditions, and identify ambient interference from neighboring signals. Too much WiFi leads to interference that degrades WiFi transmission and throughput.

As of a update, the asus router and t-mo cell found a new home . I ended up selling both for $140, which I'll save in the future for when its time to get wireless ax. I did come across another steal deal. I found a orbi router and additional satellite with chargers for $15 both. I dont need 3 satellites, but for later when its time to sell, I guess this would be a steal deal?
