Potential Intel I225-V/I225-LM fix

Someone over at the MSI forums have found a ne firmware for those willing to test it, that the poster claims fixes the drop-out issues that almost everyone has experienced with the Intel I225-V/I225-LM network chips.
This thread is a little old, but the issue can be addressed by the OS. But drivers should be patched by now. Their power saving profile was not correct in the driver source code everyone compiled drivers with. So for the Linux users, their fix for this earlier this year is changing kernel parameters so that the PCIe bus is always on and at full speed.
