Pretty scarey how much information about ourselves we are transmittion

That info is no biggie, really. The browser info is not a security problem, really.

If you don't want a site knowing your real IP, then you need to use a proxy or Onion routing.
 
There's nothing to worry about there. It's not information about yourself, it's just a bit of information about the computer you're browsing from...Windows version, browser version, and your ISP. Nothing that makes me lose any sleep whatsoever. That info is given to any web server you log into.
