RESOLVED: I couldn't print to my Brother printer after upgrading to the RT-AX86U Pro. Based on previous comments I the manually assigned the IP Address to the printer in the DHCP server settings and that seems to have resolved the issued.
1. Manually Assign IP Address to printer
2. Delete printer from computer
3. Reset network settings on printer
4. Reconnect printer to wifi network
5. Re-add printer to computer
