Problem with reboot (updated 7/11)

My router is AC68U running Merlin 380.59. Recently, I tried to reboot the router in the WebUI. After the process reached 100%, I couldn't go back to WebUI because I lost connection. My computer connects to router through LAN cable and I saw a exclamation mark in the lower right hand corner of the screen stating no internet connection.

All of the other devices such as mobile phone and tablet also lost connection too. I tried to re-connect through setting but it seems the router just reject the connection attempt.

I have no choice but to push the power button on the back of the router to manually restart it. To verify if this is occasional, I tried one more time to reboot the router in WebUI but the situation is the same. Does anyone have the same issue?

Just to make an update. I've experienced this situation in 380.62_1. I did reset the router to factory default right after the firmware upgrade.

I also tried to reboot the router using the Android Asus router app. The situation is the same. The problem did not always arise but this appears every 2-3 times of successful reboot.

I also have an Ac68u and have random lockups when rebooting via the gui, its been like this between versions for along time. I just tried to reboot now from work to home and it hasn't come back up. It doesn't happen a lot just typically when Im not there in person to click the switch of course.

The only way to debug this would be to reboot the router while it's connected to a serial connection. I'm unable to reproduce it here.
