My router is AC68U running Merlin 380.59. Recently, I tried to reboot the router in the WebUI. After the process reached 100%, I couldn't go back to WebUI because I lost connection. My computer connects to router through LAN cable and I saw a exclamation mark in the lower right hand corner of the screen stating no internet connection.
All of the other devices such as mobile phone and tablet also lost connection too. I tried to re-connect through setting but it seems the router just reject the connection attempt.
I have no choice but to push the power button on the back of the router to manually restart it. To verify if this is occasional, I tried one more time to reboot the router in WebUI but the situation is the same. Does anyone have the same issue?
