I bought a Qnap QNA-T310G1S to connect my PC computer running Windows 10 Pro to my Freebox Delta.
I dond wanted to update to v3.1.118 but it doesn't work either
Before I had version v3.1.57.
The worst is that I cannot restore v3.1.57, the program cannot see it.
I am looking for the Diag.exe program.
I am also looking for a restore image for my QNAP QNA-T310G1S (AQC100).
So I'm looking for restore image 3.1.84

Your best bet is to reach out to QNAP customer support, esp since they have not released any firmware for that device.

If so, a firmware is output for this device.
See screenshot, this is version 1.8.0.1.121.
Of course I wrote to Qnap but I have the impression that they are floundering.
They don't really seem to know what to do.

QNAP support knows what they're doing for the most part, I've always had good luck with them on my NAS units.

Worst case is that you might have to RMA the unit...
