QOS on Linksys SRW2024 How to

Hi

I'm trying to setup QOS on this switch but i don't know how to deal with it.
Toooooo Much information on the switch
I only want to lock some bandwidth
We have internet with a 2mb upload
Linksys switch srw2024 i've created vlan 2-3-4
Port 1 is uplink modem/router to switch
Port 2 is for an audio streaming device which needed a 512kb upload.
So how do i set this qos for this port to have max 1mb upload.
