New Around Here
Hi SNB Peoples,
I had a GT-AXE11000 until i dropped it this weekend. Like really badly. Like Paul Walker in a Porsche GT bad.
I have ordered a GT-AX6000 to replace her, unlike the AXE11000 the AX6000 has Dual 2.5GbE ports.
What I want to know is the following:
I am going to plug my 1 Gig fibre line into the one 2.5GbE WAN port.
Traditionally you would then plug the other 2.5GbE LAN/WAN port into your main PC.
Is it possible to put a 2.5GbE switch between that 2nd 2.5GbE WAN/LAN port and multiple PC's?
I have multiple PC's with 2.5GbE ports, and it would make transferring files between them over the LAN alot faster.
I am just not sure this is possible? Will the router get confused or have an existential crisis or something?
Should be getting the router by Wednesday this week.
Thanks in advance for your help.
