I have a windows 11 PC with a wired connection to an AIMesh node (AC68). The main router is an AX86Pro. I have a windows 11 laptop and a Chromebook. Both have no issues making an RDP connection to the Windows 11PC when they are within a foot or so of the node (and so, I am assuming, connected via wifi to the node and not the main router). But if I try to make an RDP connection from another location, when I am likely to be connected to the main router, the Windows 11 PC attempt errors out.

It clearly isn't a firewall/authentication/configuration issue, but something idiosyncratic about connecting over the mesh rather locally with the node. Any clues?

Pinging the Windows 11 PC works fine.

I switched the 86U from an AIMesh node to Media Bridge, and RDP works fine again.

EDIT: So much to my surprise, this did something else. Some while ago I had lost the ability to RDP to another Windows 11 PC over a site to site VPN connection from the main router. I figured I would troubleshoot it when next I passed through there in a few months, but this now works fine, even though I am not trying to connect through the node.
