RESOLVED: Trouble saving any settings on AC-3100

This is quite odd. When I go to saving anything to do with QOS, OpenVPN, editing WAN or Lan Settings the router goes into "lights on but no one's home mode", the only time it works ok saving is if the process demands the router reboot. I'm having trouble connecting to my openvpn server as well. I just bought this router a week ago. I upgraded straight from stock firmware to rmerlin 380.67. I have this version on my ac68u and have absolutely no problems. I can do all this stuff with the 68u with no problem. Any ideas on what to do here?

Actually after doing a lot of configuration on the router it seems only QOS changes saved cause the router to lose all functions now.

Check how much nvram free you have, on the Tools -> Sysinfo page. If you still have enough, then your settings might be corrupted - I recommend doing a factory default reset, and manually reconfiguring everything.
