RT-AC1900P - Merlin, Diversion + Skynet slowdowns

My internet speed is around 40 - 43 Mbps and I can get Netflix to play movies back at 1080p ~ 5 - 7 Mbps bitrate but after installing Diversion, Skynet and trying to figure out DNScrypt, Netflix is saying my connection speed is 0 Mbps and the movies are topping off at 720p ~ 3.56 Mbps.
Not sure what to do here.
During the speed test, htop (running in PuTTY) said that diversion was using about 20% of CPU at the time.

I am a bit concerned that everything (videos and titles in the menu) is taking longer now longer to load and it isn't instant like before.
