I recently updated to the latest firmware and since then my 2.4GHZ band runs really slow. It speeds up back to normal (50-55mbit/sec speedtest a) if I try another channel or reboot the router but after an hour or 2 it slows right down again. The router isn't overheating, it actually runs pretty cool without any cooling - but I've attached a 120mm fan tithe bottom anyway to keep it cooler under load and to keep it nice and stable. Is anyone else having the same issue at all since updating to latest FW?

I see same type of issue, but it is on any interface, wired or 2.4 or 5 ghz. Reboot router and all is good for a few hours. However, have to reboot cable modem too as router shows disconnected. I have not used any firmware but latest as this router is brand new. I upgraded firmware as first step in set up. Talked to asus. Not much help. I just removed a rt-n66 asus router with same config/modem/cables (network addresses and SID all same) and did not have this issue.
