RT-AC5300 parental controls not working

Running the AC5300 with firmware 3.0.0.4.380.1355 and the iOS app.
Parental controls doesn't seem to work regarding allowed times, if I edit the schedule of a device and save it, the schedule is not working and seems not to have been saved when I enter the schedule again.
If I set bandwidth limitation of a particular device in the app to enabled and any value like 1 MBit/s donwload, the settings are not saved?
The device in question is connected to WIFI.
Or what am I doing wrong...

Any current established connections, if they were made prior to the time limit, they are most allowed until they are disconnected...

New connections are not allowed from the device under control within the block/prohibited time start...

This has been discussed multiple times across many threads..

Not unique to Asus - technology is never a good substitute for good parenting...

Ok fair enough about the technology - what about the possible bugs in the scheduler and the app, do they work for anybody else?
