Hi,

I did a factory reset on my RT-AC56U and after it USB 3 connector worked in USB 2 mode (28 MB/s).
I check the source code of the firmware and I realized that, maybe an NVRAM setting can cause the problem.

I set back usb_usb3 (If I remember well) NVRAM value to "1" and the USB 3 connector works at about 50 MB/s read speed again.

It seems that factory reset cleared this NVRAM value, so I think it is a bug.

This experience is for your information.
Thanks

how did you do that? are you running asus original firmware or merlin's?

I have also done a factory reset and now my usb3.0 is running in USB 2.0 mode.

in the 2.4ghz pro settings, disable usb3 interference. factory default for this is enabled
