RT-AC68P repeater mode, lots of restart sequences?

Router is an RT-AC68P used in repeater mode (378.56_2) and has been up for about a day and a half. In that time, there have been 56 instances of the message sequence given below in the router log. The first message in the sequence alternates with the "notify_rc restart_wlcmode" being 0 or 1. What follows this message looks like a restart, so I'm wondering what's causing these restarts. There's no event in the log directly before the first one below, so no obvious cause. Any ideas about cause would be very helpful:
