RT-AC68U client list, view list haphazard appearance, disappearance

When I log in to my RT-AC68U router, the client list (under Client Status) sometimes doesn't appear, and View List sometimes shows nothing. I cannot isolate the cause of the non-appearance. The problem is haphazard--sometimes the list appears on logging in as it should, and sometimes it doesn't. My router software is up to date (firmware version 3.0.0.4.380_7743). I've tried disabling and re-enabling the Apps Analysis under Adaptive QoS as well as the ipv6 connection under ipv6. That has no effect. The same problem occurs in updated versions of Firefox, IE, and Chrome. The haphazard problem occurs on my desktop computer and on my laptop.

Any ideas what's happening and how to make the client list and view list more dependable?

FYI I had stability problems various types losing internet etc. with version .7743; had to revert back to .7738. Asus rep wrote me: "We are receiving some reports about the .7743 about being unstable but we are currently working on it."
you may want to try .7738. Though I'm having problems with that version now, I was able to use if for 5 months with no irregularities. I'm still working with Asus support to try and stabilize it now.

What fixed it for me in Firefox was removing the offline cache for the router IP and letting Firefox rebuild it.
I clicked on the IP address then clicked on remove.
Next time I went into the router the new data was saved in Firefox.

I have a similar problem, it went way after a clean cache.

Thanks, helio58. It works--so far--when I try this cleaning the cache with Ccleaner. Time will tell if it keeps on working.
