RT-AC68U - Setup parental controls for the entire network

It seems the router webpage can only set web and app filters to specific MAC addresses. We have guests regularly (although significantly reduced due to the pandemic), and I don't want to manually set it up everytime. So can I set it up for the entire network instead? Or maybe with an IP range?

Interestingly, ASUS actually have such feature on their BRT-AC828 model.

I wonder why this is not included in their consumer models. Perhaps the licensing is different as the content filter database is provided by TrendMicro.
