RT-AC86U, Cake-FQ_Codel Support?

Vexira

Part of the Furniture
does the 86u have the required kernel version for full codel, fq_codel and cake-fq_codel support?
or does it need a newer kernel version such as 4.4 for that?

Cake is not part of kernel 4.1. Even if it was, it would be of no use to you, unless you were to manually configure the whole Linux traffic classifier by hand.

Ahhh fun ohh well. But 4.1 can support codel and fq_codel full features with in reason.

"full feature" requires the network driver to support it - unlikely that Broadcom does.
