RT-AX86U WAN Connection Stalling

Virgin Media M500, average 545Mbps 37Mbps
RT-AX86U + Kingston DataTraveler 3.0 USB3 - FlexQos + Diversion +UiDivstats + 2Gb Swapfile + RMerlin v386.3
Server 2016 Enterprise Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE

So generally everything is working perfectly, except torrents which just kills the WAN connection.
Thinking I was overloading, which is strange as I was using the same settings from my 87u and AC5300 days and the 86u should just breeze through.
So after many days of tinkering best settings I can get without it stalling either with a single download or spread across many downloads and is rather sad.

I also use Emule and can have multiple files open downloading at higher speeds and no issues.

While the WAN stalls, the LAN/WI-FI is working away merrily, with my family streaming multiple HD streams from the same server via Plex, so open to any suggestions.

Don't use μTP, use TCP only.
