FYI it appears a zipped version is available from the Asus website even though they haven't put it up on the RT-AX86U Pro global support page yet:

I just copied the existing download link from the main Asus support site (link below) and changed the last "3" to a "4" in the existing download link.

I flashed this version some hours ago. I see nothing wrong with it. As stated it's only a single digit bump in version number so likely a minor update to fix something or possibly a security issue. Guess we will have to wait for it to post on the Asus website and see the change log.
