Are you talking about signing in to ASUS account at asus.com and issue product support case (which I have done, but these guy tells you to restart the router :) ) ?
I dont find any "Send feedback" button.
Now, I found the feedback tab in the router administration section in the "router GUI".
Asus have contacted me and showed me that in a screenshot.
GUI for me is to ambiguous to figure it you meant the router gui. :)
Thanks.

Sorry thats what i meant did Asus get back you about the problems you are having

Its just the output of Acrylic Wifi-analyzer for windows, only to show that my Fritz 7590 (only AC not AX) and Intel AC9260 are correctly working together with 160MHz bandwith using ch. 100-128 with 1733Mbps max. speed.

PS: sorry mistyped and edited not AC9650 but AC9260, with PCIe adaptercard in tower.

No FW for GT-AX11000 on hand yet

New beta FW for RT-AX88U

and you can download an official FW V3.0.0.4.384_5644 from ASUS Janpen web site.

Hi spritezf,

I'm unable to find this ASUS Janpen website. Can you share the link of the site here if possible?

Would you know if this official V3.0.0.4.384_5644 includes an update for WAN LINK AGGREGATION that we saw in one of the post by user Piyen if I remember his name correctly? Is there a changelog available for this official version?

Not 3.0.0.4.384_45948, should be 3.0.0.4.384_384_5948, now update to 3.0.0.4.384_5951 due to IPTV issue
I suspected something went wrong during publishing of firmware.

My spontaneous daily resets are still not solved, so I am still in touch with ASUS trying to understand if it is hardware or kernel issue.

What wrong with your RT-AX88U?

What wrong with your RT-AX88U?
My RT-AX88U crashes every day. Tried with 10 diff firmwares including merlin firmware.

I am getting these in the crashlog.log.

have you send feedback plus logs to asus

It crashes in different services, so I suspect it's a hardware problem. Get a warranty replacement.

have you send feedback plus logs to asus
Yes. I have.
After few rounds of logs; they said it might be hardware problems.
They have seen very few hardware issues; and once they happen it is often visible as reboots on daily basis.
I will return back the router and getting new during the week.

Yes. I have.
After few rounds of logs; they said it might be hardware problems.

I will return back the router and getting new during the week.
