RT-AX89X Fan Tuning

Hi,

I have question regarding fan tuning.

The ASUS support page implies "Low' targets a fan speed of around 750 RPM:

Low: Fan keeps spinning at Low speed mode (around 750RPM)

Yet when setting it to "Low" I am getting around 1750 RPM (at least that's what the Fan Tuning page is reporting).

Medium sounds noticeably louder. Auto currently goes to around 1750 RPM.

Is this an error in the support page?

Most likely. The graph shows 1750/2000/2250 or 250rpm steps.

Auto currently goes to around 1750 RPM.

Keep it on Auto then. If it gets louder you know the router is getting warmer.

Auto mode does seem to be the best option. I was hoping for true "Low" mode at 750 RPM, disable seems excessive and unreasonable.

Auto mode does allow for time based changes, but only for the "disabled" option, as opposed to something below the seemingly baseline 1,750 RPM for auto.
