RT-BE88U MLO when first reboot only connects to 2.4Ghz?

I just purchased an RT-88U router where I've installed the latest Merlin firmware BE88U_3006_102.2_2.

If I reboot the router, I have a download speed of 100-120Mbps which is the speed of 2.4Ghz. If I disconnect and reboot, I will connect to both bands and get around 600Mbps down from a 1GB internet connection.

My router reboots at 4 a.m. every night, but when I wake up because it just rebooted, I only get 100-120Mbps. I notice that it takes about 1 minute for the 5Ghz band to connect if I split the bands.

How do I fix this so it connects to both bands for MLO after a reboot of the router?

it's a big pain cause now when I wake up, it connects to the 2.4 bands instead to the 5 band cause it takes 1 minute longer to be available (no smart connection or MLO)...

I've already stored to factory defaults twice but it hasn't changed anything.

Try turning off 160 MHz on 5 gig band. ?
