Yes did, no change.

New ont did not change this behavior unfortunately.

Too bad, the router has been pretty solid despite this issue. At this point it really has not been a problem. Even when losing power, it has come back online, but that's likely because the network switch lost power and broke the connection to it.. So unless I manually reboot, its good to go with the way I have it setup.
