[RT-N66U 380.58] Cannot set channel to 12 or 13 in the 2.4GHz band

I already upset my neighbours with 2x40mhz channels they would love a single 80mhz one even more:)

Actually with 11ac there's some fine print that would actually make things better, not worse - but at the same time, it needs both AP's and Client Stations to be aware - probably the reason why AC is 5GHz only (as per spec that is)

Might consider putting both AP's on the same 2.4GHz channel - with common SSID, they'll see themselves as an Extended Service Set (ESS) and coordinate together - and you'll have happy neighbors to boot...

Much less interference that one would expect to see - just wearing my recovering 802.16 standards hat, and yes, we worked very closely with the 802.11 working group - lot of friends still over there working on the new stuff..
