Hello,
I am having an issue with my 5 GHz network. on the latest Merlin build. I have a Netgear WNCE4004 wireless media bridge. When it is connected to the 5 Ghz network, and my PS3 is streaming netflix, after a random period of time (5 - 30 minutes usually), it loses connection, and the 5 Ghz network becomes unresponsive.
At that point, I can see the 5 Ghz SSID on my other devices (iphone, ipad), but attempting to connect to the network fails. I either have to reboot the router or perform a "service restart_wireless" from the shell, at which point the network becomes available again.
I have tried different channels, and the "Auto" setting for 5 Ghz Channel. So far, I have not experienced the problem if I use the 2.4 Ghz band.
I looked at the syslog, and did not notice any issues. Is there any way to increase the logging level for the wireless activity, to help troubleshoot the issue?
As a secondary note, the last couple times I have experience the "settings have changed" page, when I attempted to log in to the router to look at the issue... What exactly causes this page to appear? I read that is may be a generic "offline" status page?
Thanks.
