RT-N66U control panel browsing

Some cosmetic issues with navigating control panel of RT-N66U, 376.44, using Chrome.

1. if I fail to logon to router's page, I see the page "The settings have changed"

2. if I go to /device-map/internet.asp and set internet connection to "off", I see the page with the exclamation mark and "applying settings" that stays forever. I have to refresh the page in order to continue. Same if I then set it back to "on".
Suggestion: dedicated button "Get another IP address" (or similar text, flipping broadband connection) would be handy.

3. navigating when logged in remotely is much slower than locally, seems to be to higher degree that could be attributed just to the connection speed.

I see that as well when I try to login to the router from a guest WiFi network.
It is not allowed to login from a guest WiFi network, so preferred is the login attempt will simply time out.
(The router remains silent.)
