Good day.
I have Merlin 378.51_0, and have been testing on dsl reports speed test. I remember from another thread somewhere on this forum that setting QoS to about 90% of advertised speeds should help with bufferbloat.
Well for the upload it worked great, as for the download, adjusting it to +10%, = to, -10% and -20% and about 10 values in-between of my rated 100Mbps download all gave the same results for download speed and bufferbloat. Seems like changing the download QoS is doing nothing for some reason, as adjusting the upload worked really well.
Just wondering if there is possibly a bug with the rt-n66u or that version of Merlin's firmware, or is there something else I should be doing or trying??
Thanks
