[RT-N66U] samba disconnects / enabling samba logging

It's not really a Samba usage issue, just a request for one line to be changed in the source code (src/router/samba3/source/include/local.h).

The two issues I can think of are 1) spending the time testing it to make sure it hasn't introduced bugs, and 2) increasing the size of the binary file produced.
